However, with the recent HUD changes – i.e., fees needing to be disclosed from the onset and with no changes allowed – most escrow companies have actually erred with a $200-$250 set fee.
Therefore - from time to time - when a particular set of circumstances present themselves, it makes good business sense to acknowledge but allow certain variations to these rules.
